Many young or inexperienced parents – especially those in low-income households – never have a chance to acquire positive parenting skills.
Because of you, the Blessed Beginnings Pregnancy and Parenting Life Center provides material support and education that parents need to have happy, healthy babies and children. Our program, which promotes pro-life choices, focuses on the critical time period from the woman’s pregnancy through the age of five – a child’s most formative years.
With your support, pre-natal and parenting classes are offered in both English and Spanish to parents in group settings or in individual sessions. Those who complete educational classes – which include topics such as fetal development, postpartum physical care, breastfeeding, and more – are eligible to receive material assistance in the form of diapers, wipes, formula, and even car seats.
