Diapers can be expensive, and many parents struggle to provide them for their small children. But thanks to Kroger, the families Catholic Charities serves can rest a little easier.

Kroger donated $4,997.37 worth of diapers to the Blessed Beginnings Life Center. The diapers will be distributed to clients who participate in the Blessed Beginnings classes.

Kroger Corporate Affairs Manager Sparkle Anderson presented the check to Catholic Charities President/CEO Cynthia N. Colbert, MSW and Blessed Beginnings Life Center Program Director Christy Salinas.

The Blessed Beginnings program is dedicated to providing the support and education young parents who choose life need to have happy, healthy babies and children. The program focuses on the critical time period from the woman’s pregnancy through the age of five—a child’s most formative years.
