“The greatest good is what we do for one another.”

– St. Teresa of Calcutta

Thank you for considering volunteering with us! Volunteers are essential in fulfilling our mission here at Catholic Charities. They help us ensure that the stranger gets welcomed, the senior is looked after, the hungry are fed, and the children are served.

Catholic Charities constantly evolves to meet the needs of the community, and so does the work of our volunteers. We welcome all volunteers regardless of race, religion or socioeconomic status! Give your time and share your talent with Catholic Charities.

New Volunteers must attend a New Volunteer Orientation. We have options for virtual or in-person at both our Harris County and Fort Bend County offices. Please click here to RSVP. If there isn’t a time that fits your schedule, please email one of the Volunteer Services team below.

Internships

Internship Opportunities

Make an impact in your community while getting hands-on work experience in the nonprofit field. Interns at Catholic Charities receive a worthwhile learning experience by working with licensed staff and dedicated professionals to enhance their skills and prepare for a rewarding career. Our interns make a meaningful contribution to our organization’s success, and bring help and hope to thousands of individuals and families we serve each year.

Catholic Charities has a variety of internship opportunities for Undergraduate and Graduate level students. Internships are available Monday through Friday during regular business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Please contact us for more more information.
