HOUSTON — Catholic Charities’ Young Leaders sported fedoras and tropical wear at Havana Nights, an evening of cigars, rumba and rum on October 5, 2019 at Hotel Granduca. The group’s first event gathered young professionals in support of the organization’s Christmas Gift Program, Share Your Blessings.

Traditional Cuban music by El Rectorado Del Son kept the party atmosphere going throughout the night. A best-dressed costume contest along with El Cubano Cigars expertly rolled cigars all made for a festive evening.

The Young Leaders of Catholic Charities is a group of Houston-area young adults who connect in the spirit of service to make an impact on the Greater Houston community. The group hosts events, attends special volunteer opportunities, has access to mentor opportunities and more.
