🌀🏚️ Hurricane Beryl damaged the apartment Marie was supposed to move into, plus it knocked out the electricity. Since she’d already moved out of their previous home, Marie’s family were in limbo. 😓
🥰 Because of you, Marie and her children got emergency financial assistance so they could stay in the hotel while their new apartment was being repaired. That hotel kept Marie and her kids off the street.🙏❤️
“You went above and beyond for me,” Marie said. “I wasn’t just viewed as a person looking for a handout. I was seen as a human being.”
