Executive Chef Ryan Bouillet brings Italy’s rich culinary history to life for this year’s Wine & Dine — highlighting authentic dishes with unforgettable stories.
One favorite, Strangolapreti alla Trentina, features tender spinach-bread dumplings whose name translates to “priest stranglers” — a playful nod to clergy who ate them so eagerly they risked choking.
“This menu celebrates creativity, heritage, and the joy of good food shared in community,” Chef Ryan says.
