DACA Renewal Workshop

UPDATE: GCIR – Mission Asset Funds has secured funding to cover 2,000 DACA renewals in the U.S. for FREE. DACA recipients simply apply and MAF will send a check already written out to USCIS for payment of DACA renewal. This is not a loan and no one will be asked to pay the money back. Note that funds are limited. Scholarship applications are here.
On September 5, 2017, the Department of Homeland Security issued a Memorandum rescinding Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). If your DACA and associated Employment Authorization (EAD) will expire on or before March 5, 2018, you must file your renewal application to have it accepted by USCIS no later than October 5, 2017.
IF YOUR DACA IS EXPIRING ON OR BEFORE MARCH 5, 2018 AND NEED HELP WITH YOUR RENEWAL APPLICATION, WE CAN HELP YOU!

Please bring the following information and documents to the workshop with you:
- Social Security card
- Employment Authorization Card
- State issued ID card
- Copy of your last DACA Approval Notice from USCIS
- Copy of your last DACA and Employment Authorization application
- Personal check or Money Order in the amount $495 for filing fee
- Passport, if you have one
- Birth certificate
- Information about where and when you entered the United States
