Francisco Arias
Lead Clinician
Francisco Arias is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and a Certified Trauma Professional. Francisco is also a Cognitive Processing Therapy provider. Francisco received his Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University in 2019. Francisco completed an undergraduate degree in both biology and psychology from the University of Houston in 2007. Francisco is currently a clinician that provides counseling services to veterans, housing stability service recipients, St. Mary’s clients, and clients from the community. Francisco previously worked in a shelter with unaccompanied minors. Francisco also has 7 years of experience as an educator at the high school level. His professional training includes evidence base-interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma and Grief Component Therapy. Francisco is Mexican American and bilingual in English and Spanish. Away from work, Francisco enjoys serving in his church both in the teaching of scripture and worship team.
