Daisy Morales received her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Houston- Downtown and her Master of Social Work from the University of Texas- Arlington in 2018. Daisy specializes in working with children, adolescents, and parents to address a variety of emotional and behavioral issues such as trauma, anger management, life transitions, inattention/impulsivity, depression, anxiety, grief, and a multitude of other presenting challenges. Daisy has over five years of experience working with unaccompanied minors, families, and youth that have experienced trauma and mental health issues. She has provided services to students, families, and communities within the Harris County. Daisy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas through the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (TBHEC). Daisy is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Trauma and Grief Component Therapy for Adolescents (TGCTA), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Daisy is a U.S. born Mexican and is bilingual in English and Spanish. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and going on mission trips.
