Anna Gonzales has extensive knowledge and practice in multi-branch operations performing and leading organizations. She is a licensed master Social Worker and holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in social work from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio. She has over 34 years of broad-based leadership experience in the Government & non-profit sectors. Ms. Gonzales brings over 20 + years of Executive Administrator & Management experience. Her experience also includes managing and working with Federally Qualified Health Centers. She is recognized for having effectively and efficiently managed $60+ million in private, state, and federal grant funding. Ms. Gonzales has initiated, developed, and implemented local, regional, and statewide research-based programs. She has developed, implemented, and evaluated various program policies, strategies, and program-related activities such as the widely hailed Fort Bend County Collaborative. Ms. Gonzales has earned the reputation as an experienced problem solver, having created effective financial and internal program controls to ensure accountability.
