We support seniors in their efforts to stay healthy and active, volunteer, build friendships and live independently for as long as possible. We provide companionship, health and welfare monitoring, referrals for mental health, education, social needs, emergency assistance, and loving, listening hearts for hundreds of otherwise-isolated seniors in and around Houston. Staff are Licensed Social Work Professionals, Case Managers and Field Specialists.
- Comprehensive in-home assessment
- Mental health needs assessment, education and supportive counseling
- Community referrals
- Invitation to program groups, such as arts and crafts and social enrichment events.
- Monitoring via phone calls and home visits.
Senior services are offered to all seniors age 60 or older, living alone or who are alone most of the day.
There are no fees associated with services.
